Firstly, you need to visit the Du bill payment online portal webpage. You can access this page through a Google search by typing ‘Du bill payment online’ and pressing the enter button. After clicking on the given link address, you will be redirected to a new page where you have to provide a few details related to your SIM. This page is basically the Quick Pay payment page. On the available webpage, you have to enter your mobile number into the provided requirement box. Make sure you enter the number for which you want to pay the bill. Simply input the number and then click on the ‘Next’ option on the available page.
After entering the mobile number into the available box, click on the ‘Next’ option button. You will be directed to a new page on the screen of the website portal. Du Bill Payment Through Du Mobile Application
Du bill payment can also be completed using the mobile application. This mobile application process is simple and based on a few steps. You need to perform 2 to 4 steps, and your Du bill payment will be completed.
First of all, you need to have the Du mobile application installed on your cell phone. After opening the Du mobile application, you will see the option ‘Make a payment‘ below the amount of your current bill. A screenshot of this step is also provided below:
In the available screenshot, you can clearly see that the current bill of DU is 471.21 AED, which you need to pay. Please click on the ‘Make a payment’ button located below your current bill amount. After clicking on this button, you will be directed to the next page where you can change the current bill amount. If you want to pay any initial amount, you can add it manually, or if you want to pay the full amount, then click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
If your banking card is not attached to the Du mobile application, then do not worry. Simply enter your Master debit card details on the next page and then click on the ‘Proceed’ button again. You will receive a code on your mobile number; this code is the OTP code, which you have to enter on the current page of the mobile application.
